Like all good things, Cavalier Brewing was born over a beer. 100% independently owned and operated by two mates who founded the company in 2011. All of our beer is un-pastuerized, unfiltered and contains no artificial anything.

From humble beginnings of brewing beer at home in Brunswick, to custom building and installing our new brewery in Derrimut. We pride ourselves on innovation, having fun and creating the best possible beers for the masses.
