Welcome to Beerteez - Beerwear for Beer Lovers! We are proud to launch our new online store supplying apparel and merchandise to Craft lovers far and wide. If you are here and you like what you see then you are no doubt a loyal craft beer and premium beverage fan... you're in good company! 

 

Beerteez will be serving up Beerlicious designs on the very best quality merchandise and accessories. We've been supplying breweries and the craft beer industry with merchandise since 2015 and are excited to make it accessible directly to you and our client's loyal followers. We print on behalf of breweries and bars all over Australia and New Zealand. We handle all the production and logistics and commission of every sale goes back to the brewery or artist - so you are supporting local and helping brands grow. In turn it frees up valuable time and resources for these same businesses to allow them to concentrate on making and serving even more great beer. It's a win for everyone, great beer and great merch!

DTG PRINTING

Direct to Garment (DTG) enables artwork to be digitally printed directly onto fabric using water-based inks.

DTG uses state of the art technology similar to an ink jet printer at home, except larger and faster. DTG has amazing detail and vibrancy, allowing for accurate reproductions of high resolution full colour photographic images onto almost any garment. The fabric surface is sprayed with a pretreatment solution, then printed and finally heated in an oven to cure.

We use a state of the art Kornit mass production DTG machine here at Beerteez with a bulk ink system containing 5 colour pigments for decorating on both light and dark fabrics. White garments are printed with CMYK inks whereas black and coloured clothing are printed with a white under base plus CMYK. The print finish has excellent colour fastness, high elasticity and durability while remaining soft to the touch as its not plasticol and therefore allows the finished garment to breathe and not trap the wearer in heat when printing large areas with ink. 

 

Beerteez has invested in the latest digital printing equipment with their very own DTG production facility. This offers customers outstanding solutions from small sample runs to large fulfilment orders for online stores with multi coloured one-off designs.
